Rose Stoller is a New York based multidisciplinary artist. She performs regularly in jazz ensembles, pop/r&b bands, and as a solo singer-songwriter. Lead singer of former jazz fusion group, RoseGold, was featured in 2017 and 2018’s Jazz In The Valley festival in Poughkeepsie, New York. Rose works with a variety of NYC and Hudson Valley based musicians, taking influence from Brazilian repertoire, the Laurel Canyon folk rock scene, and contemporary American jazz. Since graduating from LaGuardia High School (The FAME School) Rose has worked as an actor and collaborator in various theatrical productions, both with her co-created production company, Rascal Arts, and with a range of other organizations across the states. Recent involvement include The Puzzle Festival of New Works (NYC), The New Harmony Project (Indianapolis), and Atlantic Center for the Arts (New Smyrna Beach, Florida). Rose runs our vocal program and also teaches piano and guitar to vocal students so they may learn to accompany themselves. She is available for lessons on Tuesdays and Thursdays.
